How custom orders work

Review your quote & proof — We'll confirm pricing and send a digital proof showing the cut line, size, and finished look. Nothing prints until you approve it.
We make & ship — After approval and payment, your stickers move into production and ship to you. Tracking is provided when your order is on the way.

More stickers, better value

Custom sticker pricing is based on finished size, quantity, artwork, and project requirements. Bulk pricing is available, with the per-sticker price decreasing as quantity increases. Need 250, 500, 1,000 or more? Request a custom bulk quote for our best pricing.

Artwork services: Custom design and artwork services start at $25. Any applicable design fee will be included in your quote.
Payment: A 50% deposit starts production. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.
Tax: Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% applies where required.
Custom-order policy: Approved custom work is final sale once production begins.

Proof, production & delivery

You approve it before we make it

Proof approval: After the quote is accepted, we'll send a digital proof for review. Check the artwork, spelling, size, and cut line carefully. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Two standard proof revisions are included. Additional or substantial redesign work may require an artwork fee. Rush pricing is quoted individually when the production schedule allows.
Turnaround: Digital proofs are typically sent within 1–2 business days after your project details are finalized. Standard production is approximately 3–7 business days after proof approval and deposit/payment arrangements. Larger orders may require additional production time. Rush service may be available depending on the current production schedule.

Frequently asked questions — Before you submit

Is there a minimum order? No large minimum is required. Whether you need a small custom run or hundreds of stickers for your business, we'll build a quote based on your size and quantity. Bulk discounts are available on larger orders.
What artwork files can I send? We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG/JPEG files up to 20 MB. Vector artwork or high-resolution artwork at 300 PPI is preferred, but don't worry if you're unsure what you have — send us your best available file and we'll take a look. Helpful tip: Vector files are preferred for logos. For raster artwork, aim for 300 PPI at the final printed size.

Frequently asked questions — From approval to delivery

Will I see the design before it prints? Yes. You'll receive a digital proof showing your artwork, finished size, and cut line. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof in writing. Two standard proof revisions are included. Extensive artwork changes or custom design work may require an additional design fee, which will always be discussed before work continues.
How does shipping work? Shipping is included in your custom quote based on order size and destination. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Most shipments arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after leaving Shoreline Sticker Co. The carrier is selected based on the order size and destination; carrier delays are outside our control. Local pickup or delivery may also be available.
What happens if I need my order quickly? Rush orders may be available when the production schedule allows. Rush pricing is quoted individually and confirmed before work begins.
Can I return a custom order? Custom products are final sale once the proof has been approved and production begins. Returns and refunds are not available on approved custom work.
